Day 4 is all about sun, ice-cream, and tabbouleh.
Tabbouleh is probably the most common meal on our table, I just love it. Love, love, love!
I won’t be writing the recipe, as it is a very popular dish and there are more than enough tabbouleh recipes on the net. Still, if you need a recipe, I recommend this one , it’s very similar to mine.
And as for the ice-cream…
Products I used:
- 1 Canary Melon
- 2 tbsp of Muscovado Sugar
- 1 Coconut Milk
- Chia Seeds
Everything goes in the food processor. When it gets smooth enough, pour it into molds. And let them rest in the freezer for 3-4 hours. I usually leave them overnight.
It you prefer a creamier ice- cream you can try this one.
